First French Review

Which is, well, in French.  Google translate gets some of it.  I liked this bit: “Robert Freeman Wexler cleanses your eyes and makes you more alive than you did before opening his novel.”

      I started to email you earlier but got sidetracked, or derailed, or some such.

  3. Great, great comment! (Have you ever read Twain’s translation of “The Jumping Frog of Calaveras Country? He translated the French version and added commentary.) I feel more cheerful.
